Upload it to your Thatch account by going to Documents → Upload in your dashboard. Once the LMN is on file, your purchase is documented as an eligible health expense and you're all set.
Keep a copy of the LMN for your own records as well, especially if the IRS requests documentation of health-related purchases during tax filing.
