If TrueMed's licensed provider determines the product isn't medically appropriate for your situation, you won't receive an LMN. You may cancel your order at any time before delivery—if you cancel validly (before shipment), the refund is processed and submitted back to your original payment method through TrueMed.
If you choose to keep the order without an LMN, you'll need to pay for it with personal funds and it won't be reimbursable through your health budget.
