Assuming your employer offers dental and vision through Thatch -- yes.
If you already have a Thatch-eligible medical plan. During enrollment, click 'Already have a plan or want to purchase a plan yourself?', enter your existing medical plan details, and you'll be able to proceed to dental/vision.
If you do not have an eligible medical plan, then you will not be able to enroll in just dental and vision coverage.
