Employees use their Thatch health budget (pre-tax CHOICE dollars) in one of two ways:
Pay directly with their Thatch card at participating Market partners
Pay with a personal card and submit an itemized receipt for reimbursement
This works the same way as any other eligible health expense—employees just follow the standard reimbursement process already in place.
