A receipt is required for all eligible health expense (EHE) purchases, regardless of where you bought the item or how you paid—whether you used your Thatch card at a Market partner or paid with a personal card and filed for reimbursement.
Make sure your receipt is itemized and shows the date, provider or merchant name, item description, amount, and total paid.
