Business information:
Legal business name (as registered with the IRS)
Physical business address
Business structure (LLC, Corporation, etc.)
Employer Identification Number (EIN)
Industry
Key owner information:
Names, titles, and contact information for anyone with 25%+ ownership or significant control
Personal identification details (submitted securely by each key owner through a verified link)
The entire process is designed to be straightforward and typically takes 10-15 minutes to initiate, with key owners completing their portions independently.
