Start in your Thatch dashboard rather than the ADP Marketplace. Go to Settings → Payroll and select ADP Run. Thatch gives you a direct link to our ADP Marketplace listing, along with a copy-and-paste version of it. Use that link — searching the Marketplace for Thatch won't turn up the listing. Subscribe to Thatch there, then come back to your Thatch dashboard.
Back in Thatch, click Authorize to link your ADP account. You'll be asked to sign in to ADP as an Owner or Payroll Admin, then grant consent for Thatch to read your company details, employee roster, and pay cycles, and to write benefit deductions. Once that's done, your roster syncs within 24 to 48 hours, and Thatch writes deductions to ADP Run 5 business days before each payroll run.
