Start in Thatch, not ADP. Log in to your Thatch dashboard and go to Settings → Payroll → ADP Run. This page gives you the direct link to Thatch's ADP Marketplace listing.
Use that link to subscribe. Click through to the Marketplace listing and complete the subscription to the Thatch app. Make sure you're logged into ADP RUN as a user with Owner or Payroll Admin access, and be sure to fully finish the subscription — don't just click "I've subscribed, continue" without completing it.
Return to Thatch and authorize. Back in Thatch under Settings → Payroll, click Authorize to link your ADP account. You'll sign into ADP and grant consent for Thatch to read your company details, employee roster, and pay cycles, and to write benefit deductions.
Wait for your roster to sync. This takes 24–48 hours. Once connected, Thatch will write deductions to ADP Run about 5 business days before each payroll run.
Confirm your pay schedule. After the roster syncs, you'll get a prompt in Thatch to review and confirm your pay schedule — automated deductions won't start until you do this.
