If you don't see a Thatch Card in your account, you probably don't need one right now. When you enroll in a plan through Thatch, we pay your insurance company directly from your employee health budget, so you don't have a bill to pay with a card. You'll get a card if you have money left after your plan is paid that you can spend on eligible health expenses. You'll also get one if you bought a plan outside of Thatch and pay your insurance company yourself.
If you expected a card, here are a few other reasons it may not show up:
Your card becomes available on the day your coverage starts.
If you can see the Cards page but can't order a card yet, your employer may still be finishing their setup.
Click "Email me when available" and we'll let you know when it's ready.
Only the main member on the plan gets a card, so dependents won't see one in their own accounts.
