All individuals with 25% or greater ownership of a privately held company must be verified, plus at least one individual in the control category (such as a CEO or President).
For example, if three people each own 30% of your company and one person is the CEO, all four must complete verification. If no one owns 25%+, only the control individual(s) need verification.
