At month's end, Thatch uses those funds to pay each employee's insurance carrier directly
You make one payment to Thatch, and Thatch handles paying multiple carriers on behalf of your entire team. Employees never need to pay carriers directly if they're using a Thatch-offered plan and their health budget covers the full premium.
