Each ADP Client ID needs its own dedicated ADP user, with an email that's never been used for an ADP Marketplace purchase. Log in to the right Client ID, head to Settings > Company > RUN Access, add that user as Owner or Payroll Admin, get them fully registered, and then you're ready to connect to Thatch.
