Create an account on your carrier's online member portal or call their member services line, and tell the agent you're on an individual and family plan (IFP) so they route you correctly.
Tip: you can do a web search for “[Carrier] IFP member login” to find where to create your online member portal. You may also receive an email from your carrier to set this up.
