A fair number of plan types are excluded: association health plans, group plans, COBRA, health sharing ministries, indemnity plans, subsidized IFPs, Medicaid, MEWAs, MEC-only plans, short-term plans, TRICARE, and VA plans. If you're on any of these, you'll want to look at CHOICE-eligible alternatives instead.
