How do I ask Thatch whether a specific expense is eligible?

The quickest way to check is Ask Thatch. Go to the Cards page in your dashboard and type your question in the Ask Thatch box, like "Can I pay for physical therapy?".

You can also tap one of the suggested questions below the box. If you're on a different page, tap the help button (‘?’) in the bottom-right corner of your dashboard to ask from there.
