Don't wait on the card — enroll first so you don't miss your deadline. If the carrier or marketplace is asking for payment right now, get as far as the screen showing your final monthly premium, then come back to Thatch, choose Already have a plan or want to purchase a plan yourself?, and submit your plan details.
As soon as you submit, the option to activate your Thatch Card appears and the funds for your first payment are available immediately. If your card still isn't ready, complete the enrollment with a personal payment method rather than letting the deadline pass.
Once you're enrolled, activate your card from the Cards page, then sign in to your carrier's member portal, go to the billing section, and set up autopay with your Thatch Card so future monthly premiums are paid on time.
If you paid a premium out of pocket in the meantime, submit it on the Reimbursements page along with your invoice or premium bill. One thing to know: only premiums paid on or after the date you accepted your employer's offer are eligible for reimbursement, so accept the offer before you make that first payment if you can.
