From your dashboard homepage click 'View details' on the medical, dental, or vision enrollment; a side panel shows plan details including enrollment status, premium, coverage dates, and your member ID.
Need to access your ID card before the physical one arrives?
Most carriers offer online portals where you can create an account and access digital copies of your ID card and policy details right away.
Medical insurance
Create an account on your carrier's online member portal, or call their member services line. Make sure you let the agent know you're enrolled in an individual plan so they route you correctly.
Dental insurance
Renaissance Dental — access your digital ID card through Renaissance's online portal. If it's your first time, enter your information under "Validate Membership" to set up your account (don't click "Log in" — you won't have credentials yet)
Guardian Dental — access your digital ID card by creating a Guardian account
Vision insurance
Thatch offers vision insurance through VSP. You can print a card from your VSP member account.
