Not currently. Thatch is built for employers operating as established legal entities (corporations, LLCs, partnerships, etc.). Sole proprietors without a separate legal entity and no W-2 employees aren't supported at this time.
This is a Thatch product limitation, not a legal restriction on CHOICE itself. If you establish a legal entity and have W-2 employees, you may become eligible for Thatch's platform.
