A coverage correction is the gap between what Thatch pre-paid for a month and what the carrier actually charged. Most come from mid-month plan changes, added or dropped dependents, and carrier refunds or offboarding credits, which appear as negative amounts.
Most commonly shown as a catch-up payment for an employee’s premium who signed up after the 15th of the previous month.
On your billing dashboard the same figure is labeled "Changes in [Month] Insurance Coverage."
