What do the two different dates on an employee's record mean?

When you click into the View Details of an employee record, you’ll be able to see information about their enrollments, health budget and premiums, and additional details.

The date on the right under Details is your company's CHOICE effective date—when your organization first started offering Thatch benefits or the start of the current plan year. The dates under each plan name are that specific employee's actual coverage start and end dates.

For example, an employee who joined mid-year will have a personal coverage start date that's later than your company's CHOICE effective date.
